Migrating 100+ components to SXA across three regional sites without slowing the roadmap

Problem

A global industrial conglomerate's regional web properties were running on standard Sitecore 9.0 across three separate site instances, unable to take advantage of SXA's page-building and multi-site tooling.

Approach

Migrated 100+ components from standard Sitecore 9.0 to SXA on Sitecore 9.2 across all three sites, replacing the existing search implementation with Coveo Cloud along the way.

Architect and Development Lead. Owned the migration architecture and led the development team across all three sites.
