Problem

A global pharmaceutical publisher's Sitecore 8.2 platform, carrying 11 customized third-party modules, needed to move to a current, supported version without breaking any of those customizations.

Approach

Upgraded Sitecore 8.2 to 9.3 and Solr 5.1 to 8.1 as offshore Technical Architect, migrating all 11 customized third-party modules along the way.

My Role
