Engineering the next generation of enterprise AI
Agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and MCP-based tool integration, built with the same architectural discipline as any other production system: evaluated, observable, and governed.
Built and shipped an AI-powered MVC-to-Headless converter and AI-governed CI/CD pipelines in production, alongside open-source frameworks for multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph), agent memory, and RAG evaluation and guardrails.
Works across the current AI toolchain, including Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft AI Foundry, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents to real tools and systems.

Capgemini
Current- Own end-to-end solution delivery for CMS/DXP architecture at a Fortune-500 biopharmaceutical company, leading discovery, authoring SOWs, and driving architecture through go-live for teams of 15 to 50 people.
- Containerized Sitecore IaaS applications to AWS EKS with ALB, one of very few Sitecore deployments running on AWS rather than the conventional Azure target, saving ~$30,000 a month in infrastructure costs; implemented Velero-based disaster recovery restoring the full environment in minutes.
- Architected microservices on AWS Lambda (.NET 10) with EventBridge for event-driven integration, enabling 15+ independently deployable services and 2x traffic growth with zero downtime.
- Led enterprise RFPs, SOWs, and PoVs from discovery through signature; drove Capgemini's Sitecore partnership and specialization badge program.
- Owns portfolio-level architecture decisions, including SaaS/cloud platform selection and project planning, across multiple clients and accounts within the business unit, and presents architecture, effort, and cost estimates through governance reviews with practice and senior leadership.
Wipro
- Led client discovery, scoping, and solution design for an international airport authority's kiosk modernization program using ASP.NET MVC + ReactJS.
- Owned requirements, effort estimation, system/network architecture, and Azure DevOps setup.
- Transformed static map-only kiosks into next-generation location-aware information systems with a zero-defect production rollout.
- Held portfolio-level architecture and technology-selection ownership across multiple accounts within the business unit, alongside architecture governance reviews with practice leadership.
Accenture
- Led a Sitecore 8.2 to 9.3 upgrade with custom pipeline processors and Helix architecture for a global pharmaceutical company, with zero post-live defects, earning a follow-on enhancements and support contract.
- Migrated 100+ components from standard Sitecore to SXA for a global industrial conglomerate; delivery excellence won a ~100-site migration follow-on contract.
- Led migration of 80+ websites to Sitecore 9.1 SXA for a global energy major, receiving the ACE (Accenture Celebrates Excellence) award.
- Migrated 200 sites in a short window for a leading US retailer during the Win2K3 elimination program.
- Modernized a utility provider's website from scratch on Sitecore 9.0 SXA for a Pacific Northwest energy company, earning an ACE Team Award for smooth, on-time delivery.
- Led SNOMED CT integration into a diagnostics lab product for a global diagnostics leader, of major financial importance for winning UK hospital clients.

- Module Lead & SME for a loan origination system serving a major Australia/NZ banking client, built on .NET, WCF, WPF, SSRS, SSIS.

How I think about architecture
A handful of ideas that shape every engagement, independent of the specific stack.
- 01Start with the real constraints: SLAs, compliance, cost ceilings, and team maturity, before choosing the technology.
- 02Design for the failure mode, not just the happy path.Evidence: Velero-based disaster recovery on the AWS EKS case study, restoring the full environment in minutes.
- 03Choose event-driven where that reduces coupling, and synchronous where that reduces complexity, rather than defaulting to one style everywhere.Evidence: 15+ independently deployable Lambda services integrated through EventBridge.
- 04Layer in resilience by default: CDN caching, edge protection, and centralized secrets management, so a single AZ or vendor outage does not become an incident.
- 05Own the estimate as much as the design: lead discovery, author the SOW, and defend the commercials, then build the system personally.
- 06When the platform has a genuine gap, raise it upstream instead of working around it silently.Evidence: The EKS/Container Insights feature request AWS implemented and announced in April 2024.
